Appointment Cancellation Policy
Sugar Cookie Cancellation Policy:
When booking your appointment we are reserving that time especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 hour notice is required. This gives us an opportunity to offer your spot to client(s) on the waitlist.
No call/No shows and Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the service(s) booked. Any Spa Fees incurred as a result of this policy must be paid in full before a new appointment can be booked.
We understand life happens and we want to be empathetic, while also maintaining the financial health of SugarCookie. Therefore, we will allow an exception on a case-by-case basis only after speaking with you verbally. In an effort to ensure exceptions are not misused, only 1 exception will be allowed in a 12 month timeframe.

Definitions:
No-Call/No-Show: is defined as a client who does not show up for their scheduled appointment and does not contact SugarCookie prior to the start of their appointment time to cancel or reschedule. We will allow 10 minutes for late arrival (for most services) , after that point you will be marked a no show and charged accordingly.
Late Cancellation: is defined as a client who cancels or reschedules their appointment with less than 24 hours notice given.
Payment Policy: Spa Fees will be run to the card on file. If that card is declined or a card is not on file an invoice will be emailed, which must be paid within 24 hours. Failure to pay Spa Fees will result in cancellation of any future appointments and new appointments cannot be booked until the balance is paid in full.”
Zero Tolerance Sexual Harassment Policy
SugarCookie Skin Care has a Zero Tolerance policy on Sexual Harassment. All services offered at this establishment are done with a high standard of professionalism and respect. We expect the same in return. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior feels threatening or inappropriate.

We do not perform sugaring services for anyone under the age of 18 without parental consent. A parental consent form must be completed in person at our location, sugaring services for minors is limited to specific menu items and may not include all services we provide.
